Bengaluru, July 25-28: A four-day Panchapadi workshop organized by Vidya Bharti was held at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavati. About 48 teachers from CBSE schools of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra participated in this workshop. In the inauguration ceremony, National President of Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan, Dr. Dusi Ramakrishna Rao, Vidya Bharti Karnataka Provincial Secretaries Sri Sripati and members of the Management Committee of the National Council and full-time workers Sri Gajanana Londe were present as distinguished guests. Sri G. as resource persons. Ramakrishna, Sri Lokesh, Dr. Deepa A. (C BSE Standard Trainer and Resource Person) and Smt. Sujatha participated. The outline of the workshop was explained by Dr Dusi Ramakrishna Rao. In his introductory speech, he said that Vidya Bharati’s concepts of “Panchakoshamka Vikasa” and “Panchapadi Shikshakan Process” have been in place for the last seven decades and have now been incorporated in the National Education Policy (NEP) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF) as well. Emphasising that the main responsibility of effectively implementing the education policy in the classroom rests with the teacher, he called for the concepts of Panchakosha and Panchapadi to be implemented directly in the classroom. Explaining the outline of the four-day (total 20 sessions) workshop, he informed that there will be four theoretical sessions, four demonstration classes by master trainers, six Panchapadi lesson plan preparation sessions and teacher demonstration teaching in the remaining sessions and encouraged everyone to actively participate. Overall, this four-day workshop successfully achieved the objective of making classroom teaching more effective through the preparation of Panchapadi lesson plans and demonstration teaching. Apart from introducing the teachers to the changes taking place in the education system, the workshop also made it clear how important the role of teachers is in implementing those changes.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜು. 25-28: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಅರ್ಕಾವತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭಾರತಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳ ಪಂಚಪದಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಿ ಬಿ ಎಸ್ ಇ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಸುಮಾರು 48 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಭಾರತಿ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ದುಸಿ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ರಾವ್, ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಭಾರತಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಾಂತ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಪತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಜಾನನ ಲೋಂಡೇ ಗಣ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಿ. ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಶ್ರೀ ಲೋಕೇಶ್, ಡಾ. ದೀಪಾ ಎ. (ಸಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಇ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿತ ತರಬೇತುದಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ) ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಜಾತಾ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ರೂಪರೇಖೆಯನ್ನು ಡಾ. ದುಸಿ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ರಾವ್ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು, “ಪಂಚಕೋಶಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಕಾಸ” ಹಾಗೂ “ಪಂಚಪದಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ” ಎಂಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಭಾರತಿಯ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳು ಕಳೆದ ಏಳು ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಈಗ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ (NEP) ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು (NCF) ಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮೇಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ಅವರು, ಪಂಚಕೋಶ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಪದಿ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳ (ಒಟ್ಟು 20 ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳ) ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ನಾಲ್ಕು ಸೈದ್ಧಾಂತಿಕ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳು, ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಟ್ರೈನರ್ಗಳ ಪ್ರಾತ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಕೆ ತರಗತಿಗಳು, ಆರು ಪಂಚಪದಿ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಉಳಿದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪ್ರಾತ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಕೆ ಬೋಧನೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿ, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ, ಈ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಪಂಚಪದಿ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾತ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಕೆ ಬೋಧನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ತರಗತಿ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪಾತ್ರ ಎಷ್ಟು ಮಹತ್ತ್ವದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು.
