Bengaluru, July 23-27: Millennium World School, Hassan, hosted the CBSE South Zone Swimming Championship. A team of 29 swimmers from Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy participated in the competition and gave an outstanding performance, winning 15 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals.Three swimmers from the team emerged as individual champions. 21 swimmers from Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy have qualified for the CBSE National Swimming Championship.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜು. 23-27: ಹಾಸನದ ಮಿಲೇನಿಯಂ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್, CBSE ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ವಲಯ ಈಜು ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್‌ಶಿಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತ್ತು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಅರ್ಕಾವತಿಯ 29 ಈಜುಗಾರರ ತಂಡವು ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿ 15 ಚಿನ್ನ, 5 ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು 4 ಕಂಚಿನ ಪದಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿತು.ತಂಡದಿಂದ ಮೂವರು ಈಜುಗಾರರು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್‌ಗಳಾಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಿದರು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಅರ್ಕಾವತಿಯ 21 ಈಜುಗಾರರು ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್‌ಇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಈಜು ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್‌ಶಿಪ್‌ಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
