Admission Process

Parents seeking admission to  Rashtrothana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy, for Pre-KG are requested to register & fill the ONLINE Application on Vijayadashami Day (Date as per the calendar).

For Pre- KG and LKG :
  1. Parent along with their ward will be called for interaction.
  2. Interaction will be conducted with the ward by the respective pre-primary Teachers.
  3. Interaction with the parents will be done by the admission committee consisting of Coordinator, Principal & Management.
From UKG to class 8th & class 11th
  1. Entrance Test will be conducted for the students.
  2. Students who qualify the entrance test will be called along with both the parents for interaction with the admission committee consisting of Teacher, Coordinator & Principal.
  3. The Committee will confirm the admission based on the performance in the written test and interaction.
  1. The selected children will be enrolled in school prescribed app and mapping of fee will be done by the System Admin.
  2. Results of the selected children will be informed to the parents through sending confirmation mail. The procedure to pay the fee will be briefed in the mail. Four working days will be given to process the fee payment.
  1. Parents will have to remit the fee online through payment gate way of school prescribed app only.
  2. Reminder mail will be sent to parents who have not processed the fee payment with in the due date.
  3. Those who have not paid the fees after sending the reminder mail will be removed from the school prescribed app and their seat will be cancelled.
Selection Procedure :

Classes offered:   Pre- Primary to Grade XI

Registration Process:

    • No of sections and students to be admitted for the next academic year will be calculated in the month of September and will be proposed for approval.
    • Proposing sections and admission of students is based on seats availability.
    • Fee structure for the next academic year will be finalised which includes application fees, registration, School annual fees (tuition, maintenance) & transportation fees. School annual fees includes all co-curricular activities conducted during school hours and connected learning materials. Class 9 registration fees and class 10 exam fees, entrance fees for special visits and competitions will be collected as and when demands.
    • Prospectus and Application Forms will be processed based on the requirement.
    • Admission process informations will be updated in the school website, whether online/ offline.
    • A Notice will be displayed at the school gates and advertised on the website and the Face Book.
    • Application issuable date will be announced, online/offline on Vijayadashami day for Pre-KG and for the other classes where ever seats are available.

General Instructions for online process:

    • Parents of the existing students and prospective parents seeking admission for their siblings and for their wards will enrol the names of the children at the front office, a week prior to Vijayadashami day.
    • Parents seeking admission from LKG onwards also enrol their child’s details in the Front office. Applications will be issued based on the seat availability as and when seats are created (Seats will be created if sections are increased or based on any drop outs).
    • Application forms will be rolled down on Vijayadashami day after the Pooja through school website.
    • Aspiring parents have to feel the online application form and pay the fees online before the due date.
    • Soft copy of brochure and prospectus will be mailed by the Admin to the parents ID once the application is downloaded. 
    • Parents have to submit the application form before due date with all required documents.
    • Collection and checking of application forms will be done by the Admin and date of Interaction/Written test will be intimated on submission of the application form.
Fee Structure
  • Registration Fee is one time non-refundable payment which has to be paid at the time of admission within the given time.
  • 1st instalment of the school Annual fee also has to be paid along with the Registration 
  • Fee for all new admissions and second instalment will be due by 30th of September of that academic year.
  • Two instalments are given to pay the school fees
  • Re admission students have to pay the 1st instalment of fee after the results till 30th April.
  • 2nd Instalment fee has to be paid on or before 30th September of that academic year.
  • Late payment fee is applicable after the due date.
  • Fee structure for the academic year 2023-24 Annual fee- Rs. 90,000/-
