Bengaluru, Jan. 15: Makara Sankranti Festival was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy. The students talked about the importance of Sankranti, the transition of Sun into Capricorn and the importance of harvest. And performed a dance. The children dressed in traditional clothes brought joy to the Sankranti celebration.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜ. 15: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಅರ್ಕಾವತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕರಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಮಕರರಾಶಿಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಉಡುಪು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸಂಕ್ರಾತಿ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಮೆರಗು ತಂದಿತ್ತು.
