Yoga therapists Sri Anil Kumar and Sri Lokesh Rai were the chief guests for the program. Addressing the students, Sri Anil Kumar said, \u201cIt is not an easy task for Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra to adopt government schools every year and thereby teach them subjects like culture, tradition, music, yoga. Yoga is necessary for improving memory. In yoga, if the five elements along with the body and mind are connected, then the personality develops holistically. Yoga should be implemented in our lives for a better life without stress. Then a great vitality is formed in us.\u201d He beautifully explained what is yoga and the importance of yoga in life.
