Rajalakshmi Kaushik. The theme of the session was \u2018Mantra for Mobile Magic\u2019.The session discussed the psychological and scientific dimensions of mobile usage. 66 mothers participated in the session. Here they learned how to transform their phones into helpful tools (Sura) rather than distractions (Asura).The session included 777 tantras, relaxation practices and insights into the 10 essential
