Bengaluru, Aug. 23: The third session of the Mathrubharati Wing was held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy.The session was conducted by Smt. Rajalakshmi Kaushik. The theme of the session was ‘Mantra for Mobile Magic’.The session discussed the psychological and scientific dimensions of mobile usage. 66 mothers participated in the session. Here they learned how to transform their phones into helpful tools (Sura) rather than distractions (Asura).The session included 777 tantras, relaxation practices and insights into the 10 essential life skills of the World Health Organization.The session concluded with a question-and-answer session.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆ. 23: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಅರ್ಕಾವತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತೃಭಾರತಿ ಸಮೂಹದ ಮೂರನೇ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರಾಜಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಕೌಶಿಕ್‌ ಅವರು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಅವಧಿಯ ವಿಷಯ ʼಮಂತ್ರ ಫಾರ್‌ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ ಮ್ಯಾಜಿಕ್ʼ ಎಂದಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಆಯಾಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 66 ಮಾತೆಯರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಫೋನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ (ಅಸುರ) ಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಾಧನಗಳಾಗಿ (ಸುರ) ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿತರು. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 777 ತಂತ್ರ, ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ 10 ಅಗತ್ಯ ಜೀವನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳ ಒಳನೋಟಗಳು ಸೇರಿತ್ತು. ಅವಧಿಯು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೋತ್ತರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
